The Palazzo at The Venetian®

Our room was absolutely amazing – truly outstanding in every way. It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and designed to perfection. Everything felt luxurious and well-maintained, contributing to an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable stay. We couldn't have asked for a more impressive and well-appointed living space.

We loved having a view of The Sphere, especially at night. We preferred that to seeing The Strip from our Palazzo tower room. The elevators were very efficient to get up and down and it was good that security staff were checking people entering. The extra large suite rooms were perfect for a luxury weekend, so while very expensive it was good for a special occasion. The A/C worked well and WiFi was fast enough for a video call. Plus the in-room safe was just big enough for my laptop and valuables. Check in was easy via the website for our early arrival (room ready text!) and we could use messaging to ask questions during our stay. The upscale property and location was wonderful as we also stayed at the Park MGM (non-smoking casino is an excellent reason to stay there).

The hotel room looks impressive and it is very big. Same for the bathroom. The view is also nice. What I found weird is that you can’t use their fridge without paying a fine and if you want room service you have a long list of taxes and service fees. Also I think it’s weird for a 5-star hotel to not offer (disposable) slippers. But maybe I am just spoiled on how these things are usually done in Europe:)

Great location; beautiful, amazingly luxurious king suite room (but no coffee maker!) and free parking. Venetian shopping area beautiful to see.

Great location and close to shops. Walgreens on site was great to buy cheap amenities and water. Overall, good experience with the hotel staff. Loved the fact that there were so many restaurants in the hotel. Tried Miznon and The Cut and both were amazing even if it was pricey.
